Write it Out

Every Monday, Monique Charlton posts a video for Write It Out with instructions, a word prompt and a story prompt on her website – www.writeforwellness.ca/blog. She puts a notification on Facebook as a reminder.

 

People are encouraged to visit her website and watch the video for the week on her blog page and set aside 90 minutes to write for themselves.
